Number Fill S: Crossword Fill-in Puzzles
Welcome to Number Fill S, puzzle fans, where you can play classic number fill-in puzzles on your mobile device! The new, larger, 9x9 (iPhone) and 15x15 (iPad) grids will be filled with blank spaces and it is your job to use logic to figure out how to put the given numbers into the grid so they all fit. It's like a crossword puzzle, but with numbers instead of words.
Don't worry - if you get stuck you can ask for a hint or you can make a guess about where a number should go. You will receive immediate feedback as to whether you were right or not - if you were wrong, you will face a time penalty. Finish the puzzle in the fastest time possible, then challenge your friends to beat your best time.
To play, press one of the numbers to the left of the play field then touch the square where you think the first digit of the number should go. There may be a second and third page of numbers - press the "+" (page up) button to access these additional pages.
You Sudoku 9: Speed Sudoku
Hey, you! And you, too! Now you can both Sudoku! Twist and turn your iOS device, or use the on-screen buttons, to guide numbers (1-9) into position one by one. The goal? To put exactly one of each digit in each row, column and 3x3 square. That's right - you're building a Sudoku puzzle!
In this followup to our popular You, Sudoku game, you are now faced with a starting scenario (akin to traditional Sudoku games). If you get flustered, you can press the pause button to take a breather - but in pause mode, points are gradually ticked off your score. There is also now a "Versus" mode. Once you complete the puzzle, you will have the option to play the same puzzle a second time and the game will keep track of the best score.
There is one unique, ideal way to solve the puzzle. Who will find it - you? Or maybe you? Or you? It's okay - now everyone can Sudoku!
Directions:
Press start and a number tile (1-9) appears in the center of the 9x9 grid. Depending on which way you are holding the device, the block will move downward (toward the ground), or pressing one of the on-screen arrows to override this. You can also press the "play" button to speed it up. Once it hits another block (or the bottom of the column/row) it will stop and another tile appears in the center square. If it gets stopped in the center, the game is over.
Your score is determined by the number of unique blocks in each group (column, row and 3x3 square). The more unique blocks in a group, the higher your score from that group, and your total score is displayed after you finish the game.
Gumball Sudoku 6 and other Gumball Games
Everyone's favorite number logic game has just received a delicious makeover! In this game, you are charged with the responsibility of rearranging 6-colored gumballs so that each row, column and 3x2 box contains one of each color. Complete the puzzle in the fastest time possible - being careful not to guess and incur penalties - then challenge your friends to beat your time.
Three other modes are included. "Draw" mode allows users to make cute pictures out of the gumboils.
"Game" mode is a quick and easy puzzle game in which you search for adjacent similar-colored gumballs in groups of three or more. Tap down on a gumball and the whole group is removed, making room for more - but don't release! If the results are not to your liking, you can slide off the button to undo the action. You start with 60 seconds, and for every blue or green gumball you collect you get a time bonus. Use the "Candy Time" bonus if you get in a bind. Your objective: obtain the highest score possible!
"Factory" mode takes the Game mode and turns it on its head! Your job is to receive and fill the gumball orders (as indicated by images at the top of the screen next to the number of gumballs ordered). To do this, find a group of adjacent gumballs of the color requested in the number requested. They need not be in a straight line or in any particular shape, but there must be an ample number of gumballs adjacent to one another. Touch that group and the gumballs will disappear from your factory inventory (on their way to the customer!) and you will receive the points. Be aware that the gumballs are displayed at the top of the screen in ascending order (left to right) of their value. A yellow gumball is more valuable than a red gumball, which is more valuable than a purple gumball, and so on. You have five minutes to build your score as high as possible.
The Curve: Grade Curving Helper for Teachers
Every teacher has been there. You gave an exam and the grades are simply… inadequate. Most of the grades are simply awful, and if you do a traditional curve your one or two brilliant students will get As while everyone else gets an F. What is a teacher to do?
Enter my curving method. With this method, you can adjust your grade distribution to conform to not just ONE metric (the average) but TWO. For example, you can adjust the grades in a uniform way such that the average and standard deviation are set (for example, 75 and 15 respectively). Or the maximum and minimum grade. There are six different curving methods available, in all.
My app is the one tool for all your grade curving needs. Your test need not even start with a certain number of points possible! Suppose you have a T/F test with 20 questions worth one point each, and you want to curve it so the maximum grade is 100 and the average is 75. Done. Suppose you want to make sure no one fails (set the minimum to 60) and you don't want the grades to all clump together (set the st.dev to 15). Done! And so on. It's like a Swiss army knife for curving grades!
Hot Potato Algebra & More: Math Learning Game
This is a game to help you practice your Algebra! Great for students currently learning, or for adults who want to brush up, or just to enjoy a quick game. Once you start, you'll have a hard time putting the device down!
The main mode is "Potato" mode, based on the classic game of "Hot Potato". You play with up to 5 friends and the goal is to answer Algebra questions as quickly as possible, because as you play, there is an invisible timer counting down and as soon as it runs out, the current player is eliminated. If you answer a question incorrectly, five seconds is taken off the timer and you must answer the question again until you get it right. The goal is to be the last player standing.
A newly added configuration page allows you to set the time length of the game.
The app contains two other modes: Test mode and Vs. mode. In Test mode, you answer a series of Algebra questions. Each time you get a question right, the next question is a little harder. Each time you get a question wrong, the next question is a little easier. Each question you answer correctly, you are awarded points based on how difficult it was. The goal is to maximize the points you can earn within the chosen time limit.
In Versus mode, you again attempt to maximize your score, except this time you are competing with up to five friends. After inputting the names of you and your friends, you take turns answering Algebra questions which again get harder as you answer them right and easier if you answer them wrong. The goal is to have the highest number of points when the time runs out.

Everyone's favorite number arrangement logic game is here. Sudoku! Arrange number tiles (1-9) so that every row, column and square of 9 cells contains exactly one of each tile. And now you can play the game in this simple and easy version for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.
For instructions, touch the ? or "How to" icon in the game or see below.
To start a new game: First touch the number corresponding to the difficulty level you choose, 1 being the easiest, 9 being the hardest. Then press the "play" button. You can do this even when a game is currently ongoing.
To place a number into the puzzle: First touch the number you wish to place into the puzzle, then touch the cell you want to place it in. If the number can not be placed in that cell (because the number already appears in that row, column or square) it will not be accepted.
Get Squared Enhanced for iPhone, iPod and iPad
Hey puzzle fans! We're back with an enhanced new challenge! Twist and turn your iOS Device once again to steer brightly colored 2- and 3- piece blocks into position, but now you can also use the new arrow buttons to guide the blocks and use the start button to speed up the blocks' movement.
Your goal? To build 3x3 squares taking care to leave the center, or 'donut hole', empty. The blocks will fall slowly at first, toward the ground (turn the device to change the direction), but careful because they pick up speed as the game progresses. Complete a square and the blocks disappear, and you are awarded points.
Get Squared! challenges you to build beautiful brightly colored squares for as long as you can. Compete with your friends to see who can get the highest score. Are you ready to Get Squared?
HOW TO PLAY:
The game board consists of 9 squares, 3x3. Each square consists of 9 cells, 3x3. The primary objective of the game is to fill the perimeter of square with blocks - upon doing so, the perimeter will disappear and points are awarded.
To begin the game, touch the Play button (a triangle in a circle). A 2- or 3- piece block will appear in the center square. If the arrow buttons are not pushed, the block will fall toward the ground. You can rotate the device to change the direction of motion or you can push one or two of the arrow buttons to change the motion. For example, pressing "up" and "right" will cause the block to move diagonally. You can also push the "play" button to speed the block up.
You may also press the "pause" button - doing so will stop the active block from moving and will remove the play field from site. You can press the "pause" button or the "play" button to resume the game.
Warning: Avoid filling the center cell of a square with a block. This cell is not cleared when the square's perimeter is filled.
